Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or legal holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates: 
    • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  Shipment of some items may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship worldwide as well as within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  Free standard shipping applies only to items shipped within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Shipping: EcomOasis does not provide free shipping to International Addresses and it is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • EcomOasis is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Save Packaging: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
