Why have I been charged extra?

When shopping from outside the UK, there is a slight possibility that your bank, not Gymshark, may impose an International Banking fee. Regrettably, Gymshark lacks the capability to eliminate these International Banking Charges; rest assured, we would if we could!

These fees, typically ranging from 2-3%, are infrequently applied to orders when a customer's bank is situated in a country where Gymshark is not registered. While most banks permit such transactions without charges, some may not.

If you have uncertainties regarding additional charges or encounter payment error codes, it is advisable to verify directly with your bank provider.

Discounts

All discounts are automatically applied, except for the discount you get when you sign up for our emails.  The code to this discount will be emailed to you.

Exchange process

Initiating Exchange:

When dissatisfied with a product, contact customer service (email, or live chat) providing order details and reasons for exchange.

Understanding Policies:

Please familiarize yourself with our exchange policies, including time frames, eligibility conditions, any associated costs, and which items are eligible for return and exchange, or return and refund.

Packaging and Returning:

Securely pack the item for return, following packaging guidelines. Ship it back using a reliable method, adhering to provided instructions. At this time we only provide shipping free returns for customers within the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.  Please review our Return and Refund Policy.

Processing Time:

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect and process the exchange. Stay informed about expected timelines during this phase.

Receiving Replacement:

If the product you purchased qualifies for a return, or an exchange, once the exchange is processed, expect the arrival of your replacement item, signifying the successful completion of the exchange process.

How do I return my items?

We offer free returns to the following countries;

United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

If your country is not listed here you may be responsible for the cost of your return.

Some items cannot be returned.  Please see our Return and Refund Policy to see if the product you purchased qualifies as a returnable product.

Out of stock

We can't always give a heads up about when products will be restocking as it's always subject to change. However, we do have a back in stock function on selected product pages, so we can notify you when they're restocked.
